The location is peaceful, but is in easy reach of the night spots, such as Chaweng Beach or the main town Nathon. Ban Tai is also a convenient transfer distance from Koh Samui airport. The coral beach of Bang Po Bay overlooks the Islands of Koh Phangan, Koh Tao and in the distance the Islands of the Marine National Park. Spectacular sunsets can be seen from the beach. Villa Management and Holiday supportThe villa is managed by Coconut Land and house. The nearby offices have an administration team led by Joey and Bunny, who will take care of all your holiday needs. They can make arrangements for jeep hire, car hire, tours, airport transfer, baby sitting, personal maid, golf etc at additional cost. AccommodationThe villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room. 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. One of the bedrooms is air conditioned. The villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with a bar area and dinning room. The upper balcony over looks the garden towards the sea. The villa has stairs which may not be suitable for some visitors. All the normal household amenities are provided: ironing board, iron, hair driers, TV (cable) DVD,CD, house safe etc. GardenThe villa is set in a mature tropical garden. A private walkway leads down to the sea, where there is a covered table and chair area (Sala). Butterflies and bird life abound in Koh Samui, and if you are lucky Kingfishers can be seen around the garden. BeachThe beach at Bang Po Bay is white coral sand and safe to swim in LaundryThere are several laundries in the area providing a cheap and efficient service. Food ShopsSeveral small shops are a short walk from the villa area, which sell basic groceries. Larger stores are found in the towns. A large TESCO's is located on the road to Chaweng. Eating outThe choice of restaurants is endless and reflects the different nationality of the visitors to the island. Beach front restaurants are most enjoyable, with several a short walk from the villa. InternetA local shop has a facility but Internet access is provided all around the Island. Arrival and departureMost visitors arrive in Thailand at Bangkok Airport and transfer to Samui by air. Bangkok Airways operates an hourly service throughout the day. Transfer to / from Samui Airport to the villa can be arranged at extra cost. There are now direct flights from Singapore and Hong Kong to Samui. Bookings can be made on Bangkok Airways at www.bangkokair.com On arrival you will be shown the villa and given the keys by a member of Coconut Land. On departure hand the Keys into the Coconut Land offices and settle any additional charges that you may have.
